The mission and goals of the journal

The mission of the Management Issues Journal: to contribute to the study of complex management processes in the life of organizations, the interaction of company management and public administration structures in developing countries.

The Goal of the Management Issues Journal aims to analyze and summarize the practice of solving management problems faced by organizations and regions in developing countries today from the perspective of management, political science, public administration, sociology and economics.

Journal tasks

The journal "Management Issues" focuses on:

  • identifying and answering important questions in the development of management theory and practice;
  • research on the role that managers play in modern organizations;
  • identification of the best management practices of innovative industries and businesses for developing countries;
  • assessment of the effectiveness of cooperation between management organizations and authorities in developing countries;
  • the dissemination of managerial innovations in government regulation of the social sphere in developing countries.

Branches of knowledge

  • management; business: innovation management, strategy and management;
  • economics and finance;
  • social sciences: demography, education, public administration, sociology and political science.

Target audience

The journal is positioned as an independent forum for building a constructive dialogue between academic circles, government and business structures that conduct a frank and objective discussion on the diagnosis and resolution of current management problems in the interests of improving people's quality of life. The international readership of the journal welcomes submissions from anywhere in the world from both academic and practical communities.

  • Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (1 copy).

Preprint Policy

Prior to acceptance and publication in “Management Issues”, authors may make their submissions available as preprints on personal or public websites. 

Revenue Sources

The publication of the journal is financed by the funds of the parent organization, at the expense of the publisher, publication of advertising materials.
