ПРОЕКТИРОВАНИЕ РАЗВИТИЯ ЗАТО НА ОСНОВЕ ЭМПИРИЧЕСКОГО АНАЛИЗА СОЦИАЛЬНОЙ ИДЕНТИЧНОСТИ

В статье представлен анализ результатов авторского эмпирического исследования по выявлению социальной идентичности и ее значимости в проектировании развития закрытого административно-территориального образования (ЗАТО). Обосновывается актуальность социологического анализа ЗАТО в контексте методологии проектного подхода, высказываются авторские выводы и рекомендации относительно направлений развития данного вида проектных городов. В качестве основного метода исследования использован проектный подход, который базируется на принципах, элементах и понятиях теории социального управления. Проектный характер организации и развития ЗАТО может быть проявлен через анализ оценок и мнений его жителей – ключевых факторов взаимоотношений в городской среде. В этой связи в исследовании были использованы полевые методы социологического анализа: анкетный опрос и полуформализованное интервью. Установлено, что оценивать проблематику и предлагать пути решения необходимо также в контексте особенностей проектирования городской среды, динамики и проблематики развития взаимоотношений между ключевыми акторами. В статье автор использует собственную концепцию проектного города как социологической типологии, что позволяет в принципиально ином контексте взглянуть на природу происхождения, особенности и направления развития данного специфического локального социума. Социальная идентичность складывается, во многом, на основе ценностного ядра вовлеченности субъектов и акторов управления (жителей, руководства градообразующим предприятием, администрации, общественных активистов и пр.), которое является неотъемлемой частью проекта ЗАТО. На основе данных исследования автор приходит к выводу о том, что вовлеченность сохраняется как в составе ценностного ядра идентичности, однако не в активной фазе. В своем большинстве отношения между ключевыми субъектами и факторами городской среды носят разобщенный характер и автомизируются.
