Введение. В статье прослежена взаимосвязь между динамикой ожидаемой продолжительности жизни и мерами по ее увеличению в области здравоохранения, а также между динамикой ожидаемой продолжительности жизни и среднедушевыми доходами населения как одного из важных экономических показателей. Новизна подходов состоит в раскрытии комплексного влияния социальных и медицинских факторов на рост ожидаемой жизни в России. Объекты и методы исследования. Объектом исследования является ожидаемая продолжительность жизни в России и определяющие ее факторы. В статье используется методология стратегирования, обоснованная иностранным членом российской академии наук, доктором экономических наук, профессором В. Л. Квинтом. Результаты и их обсуждение. Приведенный анализ динамики ожидаемой продолжительности жизни среди ряда стран с учетом пандемии COVID-19 выявил ряд особенностей. Отмечено, что при сокращении ожидаемой продолжительности жизни в период пандемии COVID-19 среднедушевые доходы продолжали расти. Описаны ключевые направления, позволяющие обеспечить рост продолжительности жизни в России. Показано, что реализуемые меры по снижению смертности в области здравоохранения обеспечивают рост ожидаемой продолжительности жизни. Выявлена прямая зависимость динамики ожидаемой продолжительности жизни от динамики среднедушевых доходов населения в период 2013–2019 годов. В 2020–2021 годы негативное влияние пандемии оказало влияние на снижение ожидаемой продолжительность жизни в России и ряде других стран, несмотря на рост реальных располагаемых доходов. Выявление доли медицинской составляющей в структуре факторов, влияющих на состояние здоровья человека, от 10 до 20 % позволяет сделать вывод, что условия жизни, а также социально-экономические факторы, составляющие более 50 %, необходимо учитывать при стратегическом планировании и прогнозировании развития регионов. Заключение. Исследование показало комплексность задачи повышения продолжительности жизни как одного из ключевых приоритетов современной экономической политики России, позволило определить приоритетные направления политики, направленной на рост продолжительности жизни.
Introduction. The article traces the relationship between the dynamics of life expectancy and measures to increase it in the field of healthcare, as well as between the dynamics of life expectancy and average per capita income as one of the important economic indicators. The novelty of the approaches lies in the disclosure of the complex influence of social and medical factors on the growth of life expectancy in Russia. Objects and methods of research. The object of the study is life expectancy in Russia and its determinants. The article uses the methodology of strategizing, justified by a foreign member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Economics, Professor V. L. Kvint. Results and its discussion. The above analysis of the dynamics of life expectancy among a number of countries, taking into account the COVID-19 pandemic, revealed a number of features. It was noted that with a reduction in life expectancy during the COVID-19 pandemic, per capita incomes continued to grow. The key directions that allow to ensure the growth of life expectancy in Russia are described. It is shown that the implemented measures to reduce mortality in the field of health care provide an increase in life expectancy. A direct dependence of the dynamics of life expectancy on the dynamics of average per capita incomes of the population in the period 2013–2019 was revealed. In 2020–2021, the negative impact of the pandemic had an impact on the decline in life expectancy in Russia and a number of other countries, despite the growth in real disposable income. Identification of the share of the medical component in the structure of factors influencing the state of human health, from 10 to 20%, allows us to conclude that living conditions, as well as socio-economic factors that make up more than 50%, must be taken into account in strategic planning and forecasting the development of regions. Conclusion. The study showed the complexity of the task of increasing life expectancy as one of the key priorities of Russia's modern economic policy, and made it possible to determine the priority areas of policy aimed at increasing life expectancy.
