Введение. Цель исследования — выявить факторы, влияющие на изменение числа официально занятых в организациях фрилансеров. Результаты. Выявлены детерминанты роста и снижения спроса на фрилансеров среди компаний для прогнозирования изменений числа временных работников и разработки мер господдержки. Обсуждение. Отслеживание изменений выявленных детерминантов поможет определить число временных работников, лишенных социальных гарантий, и оценить риск негативных последствий при увеличении числа фрилансеров.

Introduction. The purpose of this study is to find factors that influence the change in the number of freelancers officially employed in organizations. Results. Determinants of growth and decline in demand for freelancers among companies were identified to forecast changes in the number of temporary workers and develop government support measures. Discussion. Tracking changes in the identified determinants will help determine the number of temporary workers deprived of social guarantees and assess the risk of negative consequences when the number of freelancers increases.
