Mission
The mission of the journal is to improve management processes in various spheres of public life based on the popularization of research works in the field of economics, sociology, political science and practical experience of successful management practices to improve the quality of life of the population at the local, regional, national and international levels.

The audience. The journal is intended for a wide audience of scientists studying the theory and practice of modern management processes both at the level of organizations and municipalities, regions, and countries as a whole. The authors are accomplished management professionals, prominent scientists, teachers, and promising researchers.
Aims and Scope
The purpose of the editorial policy at the present stage is to create a platform for the exchange of scientific research results in various areas of management (economic, sociological, political) reflected in scientific articles and reviews of the journal. The tasks are as follows:
  • raising awareness of the academic community and practicing managers about current research in the field of theory and practice of effective management;
  • activating the research interest of economists, sociologists, political scientists in the field of industrial management, state and municipal administration by expanding the geography of authors, actively attracting practicing managers, foreign researchers;
  • development of the journal as a discussion platform between representatives of the scientific community and practitioners of state and municipal administration.
Publication Types
The journal’s editors accept the following types of manuscripts for consideration: Original Article, Review Article, Preprint. Publication in the journal is possible in Russian and English. Publications are placed in one of the rubrics:

Publishing Schedule
The journal is published every two months throughout the year. Submission of articles to the issue is allowed no later than the 10th day of the month in which the journal is published. Publication date is the last working day of every second month of the year. Publication schedule for journal issues: No. 1 (February), No. 2 (April), No. 3 (June), No. 4 (August), No. 5 (October), No. 6 (December).

All articles from the journal are placed or indexed:
In accordance with the Federal Law dated December 29, 1994 No. 77-FZ «On the mandatory copies of documents», all issues of the journal (mandatory copies) are archived in the following storages:
  • Russian State Library (16 copies и 2 copies in electronic form);
  • Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (1 copy).
Preprint Policy
Prior to acceptance and publication in “Management Issues”, authors may make their submissions available as preprints on personal or public websites. 
Revenue Sources
The publication of the journal is financed by the funds of the parent organization, at the expense of the publisher, publication of advertising materials.
